One of the best things you can do is learn how to keep moving.  I’ve learned that my body’s well-being is key to a well-balanced life. Therefore fitness and nutrition are a part of my day-to-day life.

Many people make a decision to start exercising. In most cases, the reason would be to lose weight, and initially, that was mine. After years of exercise I am less focused on weight loss but more so motivated by the mental state it puts me in.  I turn to exercise when I have a bad day, whenever I’m hurting, sad, or need motivation. When I have a lot on my mind or struggle to make a decision I find such relief and answers when I sweat it out!  It’s amazing the internal changes that take place during work-outs.

Being mindful and learning how to respect your body by being aware of your nutrition is a game-changer that leads you to a healthy lifestyle.
